  • Caddies must wear khaki golf shorts or pants at all times.

  • You will be supplied with required Old Elm shirts, a caddie bib, a hat and a towel. Make sure you have all items with you to be able to caddie.

  • You are expected to show up by 7:30am if you have a SET morning loop, and 11:00am if you have a SET afternoon loop. If you have no loop assigned, show up whenever you can for walk-ups and add-on rounds. Tournament days will affect these arrival times.

  • Sign in on the white board at the back door. If you leave, make sure to erase your name.

  • No caddies are permitted in the clubhouse unless instructed by a golf staff member.

  • Caddies are expected to help out at the bag drop and range—bring clubs AROUND THE BACK OF THE BUILDING to the first tee box. Do NOT walk through the clubhouse with golf bags.

  • Once you are assigned a loop, proceed to the first tee area and await your golfer(s). Your caddie ticket will have a name, please match that with a bag tag ASAP. If it is not there, you will wait until it arrives (this may require you to go to the bag drop).

  • No Member or guest should carry their bag to or from the driving range.

  • Caddies should be at the range to assist with cleaning clubs, etc. Be mindful of players on #1 tee and coming down #9.

  • After the round, your ticket MUST be signed and turned in for payment. Also, make sure you ask where the player’s bag(s) are to be placed—in the bag room or on the bag drop. DO NOT LEAVE CLUBS NEAR 18 GREEN—BAG RACK ONLY!

  • Caddie golf must be cleared through Mike. NO GUESTS EVER. If you didn’t show up to caddie or didn’t stay long enough to snag a loop, don’t ask to play golf. Also, if the caddie shack is filthy while you’re out playing, consider that your last play day until September or maybe ever. You must send me indisputable proof you cleaned it via text or email, just before you tee off.
